Hey lovelies!
Since I am repeatedly asked not to lag behind:
, here is the continuation of the last diary.
The hot phase begins. Just over 3 weeks to go and we will be saying goodbye to the craftsmen and welcoming the first ALPSPA guests on 17.4.225.
What happened last week, apart from the legendary kitchen party on Sunday?
In the earth sauna, the clay plaster is currently being applied to the round dome and all preparations have been made on the outside to install the natural stone cladding.
It looks really great when you look from the inside to the outside.
Our painter Hornstein and his girls are now working on all the ceilings and corners to give the ALPSPA the right color and atmosphere.
A cool accent with the green cassette wall in the changing rooms, as a contrast to the locker wall for the Day SPA guest. Don't you agree?
On the roof, the parapet is currently being clad and the substructure installed.
The tinsmith Valentin Kamm with his dad Helmut and their employees are now also sealing everything on the outside and painting everything in the right color.
Today, the glass panes for the walkway are delivered and installed. The bronzed glass not only looks classy, but also does exactly what it is supposed to: privacy from the outside and a full view from the inside.
Lars and Philipp are in the process of finishing the silver fir floor in the rest areas and the clay plaster in the "EI" is also being applied today.
At the same time, yesterday was the start of the shingle cladding around "EI" and Ofen Renz is starting to install the fireplace.
The pool will be filled from tomorrow and will probably have reached its water level by the end of the week. Perhaps a little early for swimming, as it will certainly take a week to heat up.
Meanwhile, the BAURS from Rosshaupten are out and about with their excavators, laying steps, the pond by the earth sauna is being created and the outdoor sunbathing areas are being prepared.
The terrace will also be paved by the end of this week.
When spring arrives, we will soon get the patio tables out of storage.
I now promise to report at shorter intervals. Always provided you remain interested J
Yours sincerely, Bernd
