Barbara is a bundle of energy, always in a good mood, always there for everyone. She is admired as a cook, treated with great respect as a boss and revered in the family. Her creativity and ingenuity are visible throughout the house.

He is responsible for everything, at least for what is left over that nobody else wants to do. The passionate host's enthusiasm for enjoyment and wine is immediately apparent. If the tasks allow, he likes to accompany you on your bike through the Allgäu.

By 2016, Beatrice had gained a lot of experience and completed her second degree as a master restaurateur. Back home in the Alps, she is dedicated to reception, marketing and the conceptual development of the SCHLOSSANGER.

After graduating from high school and the IMAL art school, Bettina completed her bachelor's degree in photography at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld. The family's creative lateral thinker is responsible for the visual language of the SCHLOSSANGER.

Bastian Ebert

Cook & Chef de partie

Bastian has also dedicated himself to creative cuisine: Training in Oberstdorf, intermediate stops at the Tantris in Munich and the Dal Mulin in St. Moritz. His next goal is to become a master chef. In the sights of the wandering years: the kitchen at home.

Humorous, competent, super-quick and always friendly on the phone: Jessica keeps the overview for our guests. She is the right and left hand of our daughter Beatrice at reception.

Reception

Patricia's confident demeanor and her focused, reliable manner are already much appreciated by our employees and guests. The experienced receptionist joined the team in November 2020.

Accounting

The secret force in the background: For decades, Eva has been absolutely reliable in making sure that our tax advisor and, above all, the tax office are happy.

Service

Open, friendly and always authentic: Manuela has been inspiring us and our guests with her professionalism for many years. Manuela has dedicated herself body and soul to service on the SCHLOSSANGER.

Sylvia

Service

Everyone can rely on Sylvia, she is the safe bank in our service department. Her friendly and charming manner never fails to impress her colleagues, our guests and, of course, us.

Corbinian

Reception

Stylish, blessed with a subtle sense of humor, discreetly reserved: Our original Bavarian Korbinian is at the start every day with the greatest commitment. The confident service man is also an expert in everything to do with wine.

Laura

Service

Laura passed her hotel management qualification with flying colors in summer 2020. She will perfect her skills in à la carte service; our skills and this strong-willed young woman are a perfect match.

Catherine

Service

The happy mother of twins wanted to share responsibility for service in the restaurant again after a two-year break. With Katherina's professionalism, nothing better could happen to us and our guests.

Ines

Service

Our all-rounder in service: whether early in the morning or late at night, you can simply rely on Ines. Ines is independent, quick-thinking and always positive. You can feel the entrepreneur's genes.

Tina

Service

She makes our guests happy with her attentiveness, diligence and hidden wit. Tina is one of the SCHLOSSANGER's very own employees and trained here as a housekeeper to become a hotel manager.

Andrea

Service

Born in the Allgäu, she has found her way back home and has recently enriched our breakfast service. Andrea is already mega-attentive early in the morning, always hard-working and profound.

Katrin

Service

Born in Pfrontner, she is training as a restaurant specialist at the SCHLOSSANGER. Working, getting up early and dealing with guests in a friendly manner are things that come naturally to Katrin from home.

Judith

Service

Born in the Allgäu, she knows exactly what she wants. Judith started her first year of training as a hotel manager with a great deal of commitment. We are delighted to be able to train such a cheerful and motivated young woman.

George

Kitchen

He has been head chef at the Alp since March 2018, working with Bärbel to develop the cooking style and quality of our dishes. He is committed to training our young chefs and is passionate about his own fish farming and hunting.

Vanessa

Kitchen

Vanessa has been with us as a cook and chef since spring 2020. The native Saarlander has dedicated herself to patisserie and already has the job perfectly under control. Our guests can look forward to many new, sweet creations.

Frederik

Kitchen

Freddy is a pillar of the kitchen as a gardemanger, he is responsible for perfect craftsmanship and creative new starters. We are very pleased that he has returned to us after years in the German capital with so much experience.

Waly

Kitchen

A refugee from Mali a few years ago, Waly successfully completed his training as a chef in September 2022. Without his charm, hard work and incredible ambition, we would all be missing something. This is how positive integration can look.

Ben

Kitchen

Ben's mother and grandparents raised him to enjoy fine food, we have known him for a long time and are delighted that he chose us for his training as a chef. He has now been a trainee for a year and supports the team with great commitment.

Julius

Kitchen

In September 2020, Julius started his 2nd year of training as a chef at the Alp. He has clear goals, is highly motivated and his ambition is obvious. As requested by him, we will train him holistically and provide a lot of content.

Sebastian

Kitchen

After an internship with us, Sebastian decided to become a chef and completed his training in July. We are very pleased that he will remain with our team and that he enjoys working with us every day.

Eugene

Janitor

He is the man for all occasions in and around the house. When Eugen introduced himself a few years ago, he replied to the question of what he could do: I can do anything. We have been convinced of this for a long time now.

Mario

Scullery

He came to us from Bulgaria without speaking a word of German. But decency, diligence and friendliness are an international language that needs no words. We are delighted every day that he has such an excellent command of this language.

Mirek

Housekeeping

His lifelong dream is the mountains. That's why Mirek left his Polish homeland. He has been working here at the Alp since September and actively supports us in the kitchen and housekeeping.

Solmaz

Housekeeping

She has been responsible for housekeeping for many years. With her friendly, reliable and attentive manner, Solmaz is an important and integral part of the SCHLOSSANGER.

Albena

Housekeeping

She also supports Solmaz in housekeeping and has thankfully been taking care of cleanliness, order and hygiene in the SCHLOSSANGER's housekeeping for many years.

Annika

Housekeeping

She is our "little angel". With a lot of enthusiasm, endless friendliness and her hidden mischief, Annika is an important asset to the team and the hard-working fairy in the wellness area.

Mirella

Housekeeping

She followed her husband Marius and son from her home country and took off with us. If our guests have a request, be it for a kettle or an extra pillow: Mirella is always happy to help ...

Mato

Housekeeping

Mato, Mario's brother from our kitchen, has been supporting the housekeeping girls since summer 2020. Everyone appreciates and loves his calm, reliable manner, especially as he is always extremely polite and helpful.

Together with Frantisek, Darina came to the SCHLOSSANGER from Slovakia in the fall. Due to your experience in catering, we plan to employ you in other positions in addition to housekeeping.

Margerita

Margerita's wish was to work in a team. She quickly integrated herself into the mountain spirits and is mainly responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene in the wellness area.

Her friendly nature and hard work helped her to be quickly accepted into the team. Ekaterina assists in housekeeping on the SCHLOSSANGER and in the Berg und Tal.

Christine has been supporting the BERG UND TAL Lofts on the Sonnenhang since the very beginning. We can rely one hundred percent on Bärbel's very good friend and schoolmate, who ensures order, hygiene, cleanliness and perfect service.
