We have already reached the halfway point of our lockdown period and things are continuing to heat up. You will no doubt have noticed that we are also devoting eight weeks to twelve rooms, which are being completely renovated except for the bathrooms.
Every single suite/double room has been virtually "stripped bare" and rebuilt from the ground up.
Lars and Philipp Thorhauer were responsible for the wooden floors and within a short space of time they ensured that the floor was completely renewed and is now oak. When it comes to painting, we can't do without the Hornstein family from Reutte, who simply do a super reliable and clean job. Special wallpapers from Wall & Deco as well as Elitis have found a place in individual rooms. In terms of the color concepts, this time we are moving more towards beige, semiprecious, green and rust colors. We have adapted the wall colors accordingly and clay plaster has also found its place once again. And to make the rooms homely, give you storage options and simply make you feel good all round, we decided to work with the Gött family from Oy on the woodwork. Beautiful paneling, bed backs and other highlights adorn our newly renovated rooms. Here are a few first pictures to whet your appetite for your next vacation. Over the next few weeks, Christoph Müller will be taking care of the lighting, the curtains, cushion covers and other fabrics will once again be supplied by Steen Design from the far north and we will remain loyal to Treca for the new beds to ensure the best sleeping comfort for you. As far as furniture is concerned, it will be interesting to see what we have come up with. We will definitely keep you up to date.
